Order Processing
After an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 5 business days is required to review the order.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping is shipped via USPS. Most orders are received in 1-5 business days.
Expedited shipping options, both Next Business Day, and 2-Business Day are shipped via United Postal Service (USPS).
Due to carrier restrictions, PO Boxes and Military bases must be sent via our Standard Shipping method. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes or Military Bases.
Shipping times is business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times, this does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. International orders will experience different delivery times than expressed above.
If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date. Orders marked completed will be given tracking information in a form of an email that is sent automatically to you. Please check your Spam inbox. If you do not receive this tracking information, please contact hello@bvogreen.com.
Returns or Exchanges

Within 30 days of your order purchase, all products can be exchanged or returned for any reason, less the cost of shipping. Please fill out the form below to begin the return/exchange process.
Damaged Products
Damaged shipments must be alerted to our Customer Care team within 3-days of receiving the merchandise. Please begin this process by emailing us at hello@bvogreen.com, please include your name, email, phone number, sales order # and reason for the return or exchange.
